Questions people ask
When will it arrive, and what if I don't get on with it?
Shipping is free within the US and tracked; most orders land 9–18 days from purchase, and the estimated date is shown in the buy box above. If it hasn't earned its place, email support@vierat.com within 30 days of delivery and we refund the purchase price in full. Separately, if the battery, controller, heating element, LEDs, straps or stitching fail within 60 days, we ship you a new wrap free — no return needed.
Is there anyone who shouldn't use it?
Don't use it over broken skin, on a numb area, or anywhere you can't feel heat properly. If you are pregnant, have a knee implant, a pacemaker, an active infection, or take medication that makes you sensitive to light, ask your doctor first. HaloFit™ is a personal wellness device, not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for medical care.
Is it really cordless?
Yes. Charge it on the USB cable — roughly 3.5 hours for a full battery — then unplug it and walk around the house with it on. About 100 minutes of continuous use per charge, longer in the lighter modes.
Will it fit my knee, and can I do both knees at once?
One size. The wrap is 90 × 32 cm with long straps, so it fits slim legs and larger legs, left knee or right. One wrap covers one knee at a time — if both knees need it, the two-wrap bundle above is the cheaper way to get there.
How long should I use it, and how soon would I notice anything?
Twenty minutes is the everyday session. The timer offers 15, 30 or 45 minutes and turns the wrap off on its own. The heat is immediate — that is the same evening. The light is the slow half: the trials behind red and near-infrared therapy ran daily sessions over weeks, not days. Give it the full 30 days before you decide.
How hot does it actually get?
Level one is warm to the touch. Level five is hot — about the heat of a good hot water bottle. Start low and work up; you can change the level in the middle of a session without taking the wrap off.
