Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to decide. Wear it on your walks, your stairs, your workouts — we would rather you tested it properly than left it in the box.

If it has not earned its place, email support@vierat.com within 30 days and give us your order number. You get the full price of the brace back, with no restocking fee. Return shipping is at your own cost.

Once the brace reaches us, your refund goes back to the original payment method. Most banks post it within 5–10 business days.

Warranty

Every brace carries a 60-day warranty. If the dial, the springs or the stitching fail in normal use, email us and we will replace it free.

Damaged or wrong item

This one is on us. If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email support@vierat.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right, and you will not pay return shipping.
