Why sleeves slide on walks

Putting it on in under a minute

1. Sit down with your leg extended.
2. Slide the brace on like a sleeve, with the dial on the outer side of your knee.
3. Center the gel ring around your kneecap.
4. Turn the dial until the fit feels snug and even, then stand and take a few steps.
5. Adjust by a click if needed, put your shoes on and go.

Start with body weight: M 99–143 lbs, L 143–187 lbs, XL 187–231 lbs, XXL 231–276 lbs. To cross-check, measure around your leg about 4 inches above the kneecap and compare with the chart on the TwistFit product page. If you land between sizes, go up one; the dial snugs it down. Braces are shaped for Left or Right and come in black or white.

Looking after it so it keeps gripping

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap and air dry. A machine dryer is the fastest way to wear out silicone grip and elastic. If you walk every day, a second brace lets one dry while you wear the other.
